Control Your Drinking In 2007 I built a website that could be a lifeline to all with an alcohol issue. Having resolved my own problems with alcohol I developed this systematic approach to guide people to achieve the same freedom I had done around a year earlier. The program's great advantage is its anonymity. One can subscribe in complete confidence and follow the program without anyone else knowing. I send a series of emails at 10 day intervals, each of which addresses a different element of alcohol dependency and I provide practical tools and techniques to deal with each issue. The David Allen Store ‘The David Allen Store' is a central location for all the resources I've developed over the years. It is for those with alcohol dependency issues and those who want to explore their spirituality yet contains a range of hypnosis audio files specifically targeted at common behavioural problems.
